By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Nearmedeals Services Private Limited, CIN U63112TN2026PTC193585, registered office A303, Srikaram Shubhadhi, Thaiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (“NearMeDeals”, “we”, “us”).

This website is intended for use by persons aged 18 or over.

2. What this site is

NearMeDeals operates https://nearmedeals.in to explain who we are, what we are building, and how to get in touch. Nothing on it is a transaction. There is no account to create, no payment to make, and no service delivered through the website itself.

3. Forward-looking statements and no offer of securities

Where this site describes the mobile apps, features, pricing or a launch roadmap, that description is informational and forward-looking. It reflects our current plans, it is not a commitment, and it may change — including materially — before those apps are generally available. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a promise that a feature will ship, that pricing will hold, or that we will launch in your area by any date.

Nothing on this website constitutes, or is intended to constitute, an offer, invitation or solicitation to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any securities of NearMeDeals Services Private Limited, or an invitation to invest in the company. No information on this site should be construed as a prospectus, an offer document, or investment advice. By submitting either form you are asking us to contact you about the subject you selected — see Privacy for what happens to that information. We may choose not to respond to a submission, and we are not obliged to give a reason.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the site for the purposes described in §5. You may link to the site. You may not reproduce, adapt, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit the copy, design or any other content without our prior written permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• (a) We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
• (b) Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this website and these terms is limited to INR 10,000.
• (c) Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will make that clear rather than change the date quietly.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue this site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may restrict your access to it if you breach these terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General

Severability — if any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. No waiver — our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Entire agreement — these terms, together with the Privacy and Cookies pages, are the entire agreement between us regarding this website. Survival — sections 8, 9, 10, 13 and 14 survive any termination.
