For deal scouts

You already knowwhere the good stuff is.

Which bakery discounts at closing. Which salon is quiet on Tuesdays. Which kirana runs a buy-two-get-one nobody advertises. That knowledge is real, and on most platforms it is worth nothing to you. Post it from the shopper app and it seeds a whole neighbourhood.

Your neighbourhood knowledge has value — and it earns you credit for it.

Community posts are not a social feature bolted onto a deals app. They are how a new area stops being empty — the supply that exists before any shop has signed up.

Why this matters

A scout solves the problem money cannot.

Every hyperlocal platform hits the same wall. A new neighbourhood has no offers in it, so nobody visits. Nobody visits, so no shopkeeper can see a reason to join. No shops join, so the neighbourhood stays empty. Advertising spend does not fix this — it just sends more people to an empty screen.

Someone who already lives there and already knows the offers can fill it in an afternoon.

How scouting works

Four steps, and the last one is the point.

  1. 01

    Spot something real

A board outside a bakery. A weekend offer at the salon. The things the internet never indexed.

  2. 02

    Post it

Photograph it, add the location and price details, publish. Content is sanitised and moderated before it reaches the feed.

  3. 03

    The neighbourhood finds it

Your post enters the local and online feeds, gathers likes and comments, and climbs you up the contributor leaderboard.

  4. 04

    It becomes official

When a post proves itself, an operator converts it into a real merchant deal. You are notified, the merchant is notified, and your post carries a badge saying it became an official deal.

A post, after conversion

Now an official dealSpotted by you

Buy 2 get 1 on staples

Posted from the street. Converted by an operator. The shop was notified, and so were you.

Illustrative. Real posts appear once the pilot opens.

What you get

Recognition that means something locally.

Not a discount code. Standing among people who live on the same streets you do.

  • Standing, not points you cannot spend

The contributor leaderboard is public. Being the person who consistently finds the good stuff in your area is the reward, and it is a status other neighbours can see.

  • Attribution that survives

When an operator converts your post into an official merchant deal, both you and the shop are notified — and your post keeps a badge saying it became one.

  • A direct line

Message the owner of a listing directly. Merchants receive those messages in the same inbox as their leads and disputes, so they actually get read.

  • Analytics on your own posts

Views, likes, comments and activity on everything you publish, in a hub of your own — plus edit, duplicate and boost.

Keeping it clean

Five gates between a post and the feed.

An open feed with no controls becomes noise within a week. Every post passes through the same chain.

  1. 01

    Posted

You publish with images and structured price and location fields.

  2. 02

    Sanitised

Content is cleaned before it is ever rendered to anyone.

  3. 03

    Moderated

An operator reviews it before it reaches the feed.

  4. 04

    Watched

Three reports auto-flags a post into the moderation queue.

  5. 05

    Promoted

A proven post can be converted into an official deal — by a human, never automatically.

Questions

Before you post.

  • Because being the person who knows the neighbourhood is worth something. Posts earn you position on the Top Contributors leaderboard, and when a post proves itself an operator can convert it into an official merchant deal — you are notified, and the post keeps a badge saying it became one.

Be the first scout in your pincode.

We recruit scouts before we recruit shops. If you know your neighbourhood, you are exactly who we are looking for first.
